Strength training for typical ability youth (ages 10-18) in a small group setting. With a max of 10 per class, we will be able to focus on proper technique. You will improve your physical fitness, power, strength, and confidence! Led by a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Great cross-training for all sports!
A variety of equipment will be used. Dumbbells, bands, TRX, battle ropes, ladders, etc. Good for beginners as well as advancing athletes.
This class requires a level of independence and physical ability that may not be accessible to individuals with certain disabilities . We offer Youth Adaptive Fitness that may be more suitable for individuals with disabilities.
Pricing (50 minute class):
2x/week (14 sessions): $200
1x/week (7 sessions): $120

Adaptive Fitness Class for youth (ages 13-18). Staff to class ratio will be 1:5, with a maximum of 10 per class. If a participant needs a 1:1 support, Parent/PCA/Caregiver participation is required.
Join us for an empowering class designed for youth with disabilities, led by a Certified Adaptive Special Needs Trainer. This class is designed to help individuals with physical, cognitive, or developmental disabilities build strength, improve mobility, and boost confidence in a supportive environment. Come as you are, move how you can, and leave stronger every time.

*Jam HOPE uses the customer account system of our host site, Jam Hops, for class and event registration and payment processing. All tuition and event payments are disbursed directly to Jam HOPE.
All classes will be coached by Katie Landau, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Adaptive Special Needs Trainer.
Katie is the former Head Strength Coach for St. Catherine University, and has coached age 6 - 90 and everything in between!
