Jam HOPE Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit housed in the Jam Hops, Blaine-Ham Lake location, providing adapted and supported programs for community members with disabilities. We are asking for your consideration this giving season to Help Optimize the Potential of Everyone! Donations made to our non-profit between November 1st-21st through Give to the Max MN, provide opportunities for gift matching and additional prizes to be awarded to your non-profit of choice. Gifts to Jam HOPE will be utilized for equipment and specialized training to enhance our social and recreational offerings through Community Outings and Field Trips and vocational opportunities through our Jam HOPE Café. Jam HOPE seeks to break down barriers to inclusivity so that all community members can experience being part of the #Jamily!
Jam HOPE is working to partner with GRACE, Inc. to better serve families in need. GRACE (Granting Respite and Care for the Extraordinary) is a local non-profit that hosts children with special needs and their families for supported play and education. These children and their siblings enjoy a non-judgmental place to play with a buddy (trained GRACE volunteer) while their parents get to learn, connect and build friendships in an educational community group called "The Chat". The Chat provides a catered dinner, informational and supportive presentation by an experienced speaker, a collaborative round table discussion and most of all, time for parents to build relationships and connect.
This Friends & Fun event is a 2-hour open gym and sensory friendly play. GRACE's trained volunteers are excited to guide your child through a number of gross motor, fine motor, and sensory activities designed to encourage communication, interaction, and fun. During Friends and Fun, caregivers have the option to enjoy a speaker or panel, refreshments, and round table discussion.

We are so grateful for our community! The Walk & Roll 1 Mile was held at the end of September on a gorgeous 80 degree day. The smoothies sold by the Jam HOPE Café were the perfect refresher after the walk, dancing to the DJ music, and playing yard games!
The funds raised will be used to sustain and grow our current programs that provide adaptive and supportive programs for youth and adults with disabilities. These include recreational classes in gymnastics, ninja, and dance, community outings and field trips, and vocational opportunities through our Jam HOPE Café.
Adult basic Hip Hop skill class for all abilities followed by a dance and karaoke party!
Another amazing party in partnership with Project Power - stay tuned for our next event!
Thank you to our incredible community for showing up in so many ways to support our "Game On For HOPE" Fundraising Event!

Our hearts at the Jam HOPE Foundation are overflowing after an amazing community event and fundraiser for our programming. The money raised from our event participants and incredible community sponsors will go directly to the start-up fees for our Jam HOPE Café, scheduled to open January 2024! This will help fill a major gap in our community by creating vocational opportunities for adults with special needs, and provide a hub of inclusivity at our home site in Jam Hops, Ham Lake.
