Youth and Adult open gym
Open Gym is the perfect opportunity to burn off some energy and get exposure to gymnastics and ninja equipment without the structure of a class.
Wheelchair and walker accessible! Wheelchairs can even go on the trampolines (with a protective mat on the trampoline).

Ongoing:
- Sundays 5:30-6:20pm~ for youth ages 4-18 and siblings (*No class April 27th)
Spring Dates (March 24th - June 4th):
- Mondays 1-2pm ~ for adults ages 18+ (Parent/guardian/caregiver support required and free of charge to participate)
- Wednesdays 1-2pm ~ for youth ages 18 months -18 years and their siblings (Parent/guardian support required and free of charge to participate)
Cost & details
$10 for Jam HOPE or Jam Hops members *
$14 for non-members*
*FREE for parent/caregiver
DETAILS
- Parent(s)/guardian(s)/caregiver(s) welcome to participate with their child at no charge.
- Parent(s)/guardian(s)/caregiver(s) and participants not currently enrolled in other programs through Jam HOPE or Jam Hops must have an annual signed waiver to participate.
- Call Customer Care at 763-413-0647 or register below to ensure space is available. Walk-ins welcome if space is available.
- Participants should wear clothes they are comfortable to be active in; no buckles, snaps, or zippers for safety.
- We ask that a parent/guardian/caregiver stays in the building during open gym.
